About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly capable and intuitive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO, playing a key role in keeping both people and priorities aligned in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Seamlessly manage a complex calendar, meetings, and travel
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing packs
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper — filtering communication and priorities
• Coordinate meetings at executive and board level (with full follow-through)
• Keep projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives on track
• Build strong relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives (CEO-level exposure ideal)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
