Job Description
PMB based concern are looking for a reliable, experienced, and committed Payroll & Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll, particularly large and complex payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support recruitment processes, including liaising with candidates and managers
- Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management
- Ensure tasks are followed through to completion with attention to detail
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a mature, professional attitude
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable and confident in payroll administration
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and accurate
- Dedicated, hardworking, and dependable
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining precision
- Professional, approachable, and able to communicate effectively
Candidate must reside in / around Pietermaritzburg.
