Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a CEO. You will be the right hand of the executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, emails, and calls. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups. Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence. Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics. Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders professionally. Maintain confidential files and assist with budgeting or expenses. Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to the CEO. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented. Have a valid drivers license
