Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Keep dealer network up to date with new developments and bulletins Compile dealer`s visit reports and audits (site, workshop inspections, and warranty audits) Provide technical support and training (on systems as well as products) Maintain warranty costs within the specified budget Ensure dealers have trained staff and keep the dealer portal up to date Maintain and control warranty stores and inventory, including all reworks components such as engines and gearboxes Implement and improve strategies for better efficiency Provide feedback from the field to the assembly line and/or where relevant Requirements Trade-tested Diesel mechanic with diagnostic ability Valid passport and willingness to travel both locally and internationally OEM dealer experience Computer literate, compile and send technical reports when required with a professional acumen Knowledge of warranty principles (Preferable) Knowledge of Euro 5 emissions standard in after-treatment systems Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
