This role will entail:
- Identify training needs and gaps across the team.
- Design and arrange engaging training sessions for both new starters and experienced staff.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to unlock their potential.
- Keep training content fresh, relevant, and exciting from policies and compliance updates to client expectations.
- Champion a culture of growth, positivity, and customer-service excellence.
Requirements:

- Creative flair to make training sessions memorable and effective.
- Confident presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong organisational skills to plan, coordinate, and track training activities.
