About the Role
Trainee Branch Managers learn the “ins and outs” of the furniture business in our retail stores. As a large and always growing company, career advancement features strongly. We are looking for candidates with at least three years’ experience in the Furniture Retail Industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple aspects of the store’s operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and train staff to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control costs
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in furniture retail
- Valid driver’s license
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education (Matric/Grade 12)
