Job Summary
Technical Competencies & Experience: Provide first-line support for the companys optimization applications. Address customer and end-user queries, offering practical recommendations. Automate workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure seamless implementation and integration of business systems. Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assignments. Prepare clear and comprehensive workflow documentation. Conduct system testing (UAT) and collaborate with developers on deliverables. Assist in upselling company products and services to clients. Analyze, design, and implement business solutions to improve customer operations. Maintain a deep understanding of internal systems and their capabilities. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
