Job Summary
Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelors Degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Skilled with Object-orientated programming (C#, C++, Java). Technical Competencies & Experience: Providing first-line support for the company`s optimization applications. Handle customer & end-user queries, offering actionable recommendations. Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency. Ensure efficient implementation of business systems. Work independently to complete assignments with minimal supervision or guidance. Prepare compelling workflow documentation. Perform system testing (UAT) and collaborate with developers for deliverables. Support the up selling of company products and services. Analyse, design, & implement business solutions to enhance customers operations. Be knowledgeable on our internal systems and their capabilities. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
