• Sales experience in the Ceramic products Industry or cement, petrochemicals, power generation, foundries, etc.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation skills
• Ability to travel frequently, sometimes to remote or industrial sites; valid driver’s license; reliable vehicle
• Self-motivated, targetdriven, able to work independently in the field

 
DUTIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities: prospect for potential new clients in sectors such as steel, glass, ceramics, cement, petrochemicals, power generation, foundries, etc.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and technical requirements; recommend the most appropriate ceramic / refractory products or systems.
• Present product specifications, strengths, limitations; provide technical advice and support.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, presentations, and negotiate terms.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular field visits / site inspections to assess applications, resolve issues, demonstrate product performance.
• Gather market intelligence: track competitor activity, pricing, new materials / technologies.
• Collaborate internally to ensure orders are fulfilled, products delivered on time, quality standards met.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management.
• Attend trade shows, industry conferences, customer training sessions as required.
