This role is responsible for the effective coordination of warehouse and workshop activities, ensuring that stock is well-managed and workshop operations run smoothly.

The successful candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate records and ordering stock as required.

This position requires hands-on involvement in daily tasks and close coordination with the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all stock within the warehouse and workshop
• Coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of stock
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records
• Ensure correct ordering and timely replenishment of stock
• Track inventory levels and liaise with suppliers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Oversee the issue and return of tools and equipment in the workshop
• Assist with the coordination of workshop activities and job scheduling
• Ensure goods are labelled and stored correctly
• Support the workshop team in day-to-day operations
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or low stock levels
• Implement and follow health and safety procedures
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
• Monitor workshop consumables and request reorders as required

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse/workshop coordination role
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is beneficial
• Experience with stock control systems and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Remuneration
R15 000 – R20 000 monthly
