We are looking for a reliable and organized Half-Day Administrator . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants a good work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and filing

  • Answering phones and handling email correspondence

  • Assisting with bookings and client queries

  • Updating and maintaining records and databases

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Good communication and telephone manner

  • Computer literate (MS Office)

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
