This role is ideal for a highly skilled and creative culinary professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring high levels of productivity, consistency, and quality Design and execute innovative menus that align with the property’s standard and guest expectations Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet the hotel’s quality standards Manage kitchen operations including inventory control, cost management, and hygiene compliance Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, promoting team development and performance excellence Oversee food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Work closely with F&B management to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance the dining experience Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times Minimum Requirements: Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent professional certification Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior chef position within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating styles Strong financial acumen with experience in food cost control and budgeting Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail Passionate about food, innovation, and the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be flexible, reliable, and professional in approach If you are an ambitious and experienced chef ready to take on an exciting leadership role, send your CV to Kendrick Recruitment to apply.
