This role requires a leader with an unwavering eye for detail, a calm and confident presence, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. You will ensure that every space in the property reflects warmth, refinement, and exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full housekeeping department and laundry operations Ensure impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas Manage stock control, ordering of cleaning materials, amenities, and linen Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations Conduct regular room checks and quality inspections Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest-ready standards at all times Uphold health, hygiene, and safety compliance Requirements: Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury hotel or lodge environment Strong leadership and team training capabilities High attention to detail, organisation, and consistency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, service-driven, and solution-focused approach Able to work flexible hours when required Own accommodation and reliable transport (non-negotiable) Package & Benefits: Salary from R20,000 (DOE negotiable) Opportunity to be part of a premium hospitality brand with high service standards Stable and professional working environment
