About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a variety of camps, including sport and school camps, in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for outdoor education, sports, and leadership development, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the camps, ensuring a safe and functional environment for campers and staff.
- Scheduling maintenance tasks.
- Managing budgets.
- Overseeing staff.
- Implementing safety protocols.
Requirements
- Diploma in either: Sports Management / Outdoor Recreation / Education / Environmental Education OR Leadership Development or related Field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Camp Facilitation, Outdoor Education, Sport Programs, or Youth Development Programmes.
