About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a variety of camps in Polokwane, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor education, sport, and leadership development, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the camps, ensuring a safe and functional environment for campers and staff.
Scheduling maintenance tasks.
Managing budgets.
Overseeing staff.
Implementing safety protocols.

Requirements

Diploma in either: Sports Management / Outdoor Recreation / Education / Environmental Education OR Leadership Development or related Field.
3-4 years of experience in Camp Facilitation, Outdoor Education, Sport Programs OR Youth Development Programmes.
