A Great Sales Associate at CD Vision Marketing will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions and building trust. Genuinely acting as an entrepreneur, you will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. There is some specific knowledge and experience we are looking for from suitable candidates: Willingness to learn new things Strong focus with the ability to adjust to the environment Passion for delivering great customer service What will I be doing in the role? Our Junior Sales Consultants are an important contributor to the business performance and ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. As this role has a strong focus on sales, we are looking for someone who loves building relationships with Customers and proactively generates sales both face-to-face and over the phone. To support our customers effectively, you will; Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face-to-face and over the phone), understand their needs, and provide proactive advice and solutions Use our in-house systems to process customer applications and keep customers updated throughout their journey Assisting customers daily in learning more about overturning negatives Maintain a great attitude at all times Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement To apply, please make sure to have a matric certificate/equivalent to matric, be between the ages of 18-30 years, and reside in Polokwane/surrounding area.
