About the Role
GMI Advisory is seeking a General Worker to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. As a key member of our construction site, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and smooth operation of various mechanical equipment and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring high standard of safety in section.
- Operation of all mechanical equipment/tools required for the role.
- Effecting barring of area and cleaning construction area.
- Making sure that the construction area is safe; bar working place and install temporary support if necessary.
- Installing equipment and support in area, including preparation of material and making safe of equipment.
- Reporting abnormal activities to supervisor.
- Adhering to safety protocols onsite.
