About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Guest House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our guesthouse in Polokwane, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic approach to hospitality management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Supervise and manage housekeeping and support staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
- Handle basic financial administration, reporting, and budgeting
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or guesthouse/hotel management
