Hotel Sales Executive – R15 000 (Comm, Fuel Allowance) We are looking for a Hotel Sales Executive to implement effective sales strategies to maximize Hotel occupancy and revenue. The Hotel Sales Executive will be responsible to create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suited clientele. Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. The Hotel Sales Executive will represent the Hotel in various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events. Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the Hotel. Review the customer service quality of the Hotel to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints. Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationship with clients. Set annual sales budgets, report and forecast. Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations and meet the financial needs of the Hotel. Must have Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field will be an advantage. 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry at a 4-5* property. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Must have the ability to work independently. Attend weekly Teams meeting, and bi=weekly meeting in Polokwane Knowledge of market trends and social media platforms.
