Responsibilities:
~ Assist in maintaining employee records.~ Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, leave etc.~ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and labour law.~ Assist in the administration of pension fund, provident fund and COIDA.
Requirements:
~ Grade 12 certificate (HR-related qualification will be advantageous)~ 1-2 years` experience in an HR-related role.~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.~ Attention to detail and ability to multitask.To apply, forward a detailed CV with at least 3 (three) contactable references to Hillary Construction
