About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Investigator to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. As an Investigator at King Price Group, you will be responsible for investigating and validating claims in the Limpopo area, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. If you have a passion for problem-solving and are not afraid of a challenge, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Examining all claim-related facts in order to determine the validity of a claim
- Managing multiple claims with confidence and accuracy
- Making decisions and recommendations on claims
- Interviewing claimants and witnesses
- Compiling detailed reports
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum of 3-5 years short term insurance claims experience
- Solid understanding of the claims philosophy and its application
- Currently residing in Limpopo
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- RE5 qualification and FAIS credits (advantageous)
