Kitchen Pass Controller Job Duties: Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to ensure timely delivery to customers Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to maintain smooth operations Monitor food quality and presentation before sending orders out of the kitchen Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen pass area Handle any issues or discrepancies in food orders efficiently Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in food safety and hygiene Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hotel Knowledge of inventory management systems Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment May require standing for long periods Evening and weekend shifts may be required
