We are seeking a motivated Property Services Administrator to manage all facilities-related service requests, task allocation, scheduling, communications, and reporting. This role will also include responding to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice queries, and tenant complaints. Position: Property Services Administrator Location: Sandton Work Setup: Full-time Primary Duties and Responsibilities Administration Management New Building Intake Student Take-in Process Risk Management Asset Maintenance & Management Financial Management Customer Services Reporting What you will need: Grade 12 (Matric), Relevant Diploma or a minimum of 3 years of Property experience Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) Aptitude to learn new software programs as and when required Advanced proficiency in Excel (Will be advantageous) Excellent attention to detail and numerate accuracy
