About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join a well-established healthcare facility in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical care and technical support to patients, ensuring exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Assist with medical procedures and ensure the safe use of clinical technology
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any significant changes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with the South African Nursing Council
- Clinical Technologist qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and clinical technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
