A well-established operation within the hospitality and lodge sector is seeking two experienced Maintenance Supervisors to join their team in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal. This opportunity is ideal for technically skilled individuals who thrive in a remote environment and are passionate about maintaining high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations within a busy lodge setting.
• Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance across all facilities.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanical experience with vehicles, machinery, or generators.
• Maintaining knowledge of borehole systems, water reticulation, and maintenance reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar maintenance role.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical repairs, and plumbing.
• Experience with water systems, boreholes, pumps, and purification equipment.
• Welding, steel fabrication, masonry, and general building repair skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
