Minimum Requirements Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal or equivalent). 35 years experience working on yellow metal / earth-moving equipment and heavy-duty trucks. Strong diagnostic skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic). Valid drivers license (Code 14 advantageous). Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight operational timelines. Willingness to work overtime, shifts, standby, and attend breakdowns off-site when needed.
