Job Description
Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking to employ a Junior Digital Marketer to support in-house digital marketing activities across owned, paid, and earned channels.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is eager to gain exposure across brand, performance, content, and e-commerce within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Requirements
- 12 years experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar.
- Understanding of core digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and advertising platforms.
- Basic experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA4).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in-house or within FMCG – advantageous
- Exposure to paid media, SEO, or email marketing – advantageous
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WordPress – advantageous
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Execution

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand activity.

Coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals, and assets to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaign activity effectively.
Social Media (Owned Channels)

Manage posting across brand social media platforms.

Schedule and publish content in line with the content calendar.

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.

Ensure consistent tone of voice and adherence to brand guidelines.
Content and Brand Support

Assist with copywriting for social media, digital advertising, websites, and email campaigns.

Coordinate content assets (copy, images, video) with creative teams.

Maintain digital brand assets and product information.
Paid Media Support

Support paid social and search campaigns under senior guidance.

Liaise with media agencies regarding briefs, assets, and performance updates.

Monitor media spend against agreed KPIs.
Website and E-Commerce Support

Update website content, banners, and product pages.

Support online promotions and product launches.

Assist with SEO and site optimisation tasks.

Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to support digital trade activity.
Reporting and Performance Tracking

Compile weekly and monthly digital performance reports.

Track traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Market and Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor digital activity and promotions.

Stay up to date with FMCG and digital marketing trends.

Share insights with the marketing team.
