Minimum Qualification / Experience

• B Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 years experience and knowledge of current Labour legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of business principles and HR environment
• Computer literate, knowledge of MPower & Kronos systems would be an advantage
• Experience in unionised environment a strong recommendation

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct application of all Company policies and procedures
• Effective administration Skills
• Maintain sound relations with key stakeholders, management and labour / employees
• Manpower Planning and effective recruitment & selection
• Accurately compiling monthly HR reports and effective handling of all HR queries

• Ability to work independently and a team player with high level of confidentiality
