Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading food and beverage consultancy based in Port Elizabeth. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills and proven experience within the hospitality and F&B industries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities across consultancy projects.
  

• Ensure efficient delivery of services to meet client expectations.
  

• Manage and support staff, providing training and guidance where required.
  

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
  

• Drive operational improvements and implement effective processes.
  

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  

• Foster positive client relationships and support business development initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• Proven operational management experience within hospitality or food and beverage.

Package:

• Salary: R25,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
