Job Description

Job Purpose: Seeking an Operations Supervisor at our Port Elizabeth Branch. The candidate should be a highly motivated, disciplined, self-starting individual. Willing to work long hours and weekends (available 24/7/365). The candidate must be presentable and well spoken. Able to converse with clients and resolve client complaints. Key Responsibilities: · Day-to-day planning of branch resources. · Logistical planning of equipment, site deliveries and collections. · Allocation of manpower. · Attend to site specific issues. · Record keeping (employee & fleet matrix). · Crane operator recertification and annual medicals tracking. · Planned Job Observations. · Problem solving. · Attend to non-branch related tasks. · Shutdown planning. Qualifications: · Minimum GR 12 Senior certificate. · Valid drivers licence. · Minimum 3years operations supervision. · Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Sales experience an advantage. · Rigging experience an advantage (preference will be given). Physical Requirements: · Must be able to pass basic medical.
