– To have a sound knowledge and extensive expertise in curriculum studies.
– Ability to facilitate teaching, learning and assessment activities for a diverse group of undergraduate and postgraduate students in curriculum studies.
– Have the ability to guide programme development that is underpinned by curriculum principles.
– To be able to proficiently navigate and utilise the Moodle Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate effective online teaching and learning experiences.
– Ability to promote and supervise the research at the postgraduate level.
– To maintain an active research profile and be recognised nationally and internationally.
– The ability to mentor and support younger faculty staff members.
– To have effective communication skills (verbal and written), good facilitation, training, and presentation skills.
– Must have at least 5 – 10 years of teaching experience at a higher education institution.
