Our client is seeking detail-oriented QA Analyst with experience in both manual and automation testing to join their team.

As a QA Analyst, you will ensure software quality by designing test cases, executing tests, and using automation tools to help deliver reliable and high-quality software.

Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Jira tickets for bugs, enhancements, and tasks.
• Develop and execute detailed use cases and test cases.
• Perform manual testing across web and mobile applications.
• Build, maintain, and run automated test scripts using JavaScript-based tools.
• Identify, track, and document bugs clearly for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure quality releases.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of QA experience (manual and automation).
• Knowledge of JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Familiarity with tools like Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• IT-related qualification (e.g., National Diploma in Information Technology) is ideal.
• Certification such as ISTQB or similar is beneficial.
• Must reside in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
