About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at Kethelo Group in Port Shepstone. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be required to perform various tasks such as data entry, filing, and general administration, while also maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform area and quantity calculations with high mathematical accuracy
- Manage email, spreadsheets, and basic office software with ease
- Ensure strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
