Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct client service, including assisting walk-in clients. Manage reception and handle telephone duties. Maintain intensive sample control to ensure accuracy and traceability. Coordinate logistics related to laboratory operations. Perform general laboratory administration tasks. Handle debtor and creditor administration. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes; MS Dynamics experience will be advantageous. Previous laboratory experience will be beneficial. Valid Code 8 drivers license is required. Ability to work effectively within a team. Strong punctuality and helpfulness. Excellent telephone etiquette. High attention to detail.
