Our client a reputable ECD provider with multiple locations around Gauteng seeks a Preschool manager for Woodmead branch

Title: Preschool Manager
Reports to: Training and Performance Manager

Job Summary:
The Preschool Manager will provide senior-level instruction and leadership within the school, ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education are maintained. They will oversee the delivery of the curriculum, manage the teaching staff, and liaise with the Training and Performance Manager to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals.

Working hours
3 FULL DAYS: 7:00 – 17:30
2 HALF DAYS: 7:00 – 13:30

5. Resource Management: Manage allocated budget effectively, with regular reporting using set templates. Ensure no significant deviations from the allocated budget.
6. Community Engagement: Foster relationships and partnerships within the local community to support the school’s mission and objectives.
7. Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the curriculum is engaging, up-to-date and reflects best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
