Job Summary
A golf course based in CENTURION is looking for an Executive Chef/Head Chef
– Expected start date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
Vacancy 1: Prep Commi Chefs (2 staff required)
– At least 2 years of experience
– Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays
– Basic knowledge of Food Health and Safety
Vacancy 2: Commi Chefs (2)
– At least 2 years of experience
– Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays
– Basic knowledge of Food Health and Safety
Vacancy 3: Chef De Parti (2)
– Qualified chef with valid and accredited Food Health and Safety training certificate
– At least 5 years of experience
– Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays
