Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Sales & Profitability: Drive brand positioning across Africa by proactively developing new corporate accounts to reach sales targets Client Portfolio Management: Develop actionable roadmaps for new and existing clients using SWOT analysis to guide growth strategies. Marketing & Branding: Identify marketing opportunities and act as Brand Ambassador Key Account Management: Build deep, strategic relationships with stakeholders to uncover growth, retention, and cross-selling opportunities. Solution Design & Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and winning proposals. Proposals & Administration: Manage end-to-end proposal development, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and legal compliance. Client & Project Coordination: Oversee smooth project handovers and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Client Delivery: Review and co-present final reports, ensuring alignment with client objectives and identifying growth opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead and develop team members while promoting a high-performance and values-driven culture. Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budgeting, control departmental costs, and drive financial efficiency. REQUIREMENTS Relevant post graduate qualification (Research, Psychology, Economics / Equivalent) Solid experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Development, Researcher, KAM, Sales, Management Consulting) 2-3 Years experience in managing large scale projects preferably in research Proven track record in business development, consultative sales, or key account management. Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite and senior stakeholders. Experience in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
