Location: Onsite – Pretoria, South Africa Contract Duration: 12 Months Project Kick-off: November 2025 Travel: Yes, within Gauteng Purpose: We’re looking for a Certified Voice Expert to support voice infrastructure projects across multiple client sites. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in voice systems and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement enterprise-grade voice solutions (PBX, VoIP, SIP, IP telephony). Configure and manage OEM voice platforms (e.g., Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX, Cisco CUCM, Avaya Aura). Integrate voice systems with LAN/WAN, cloud, and collaboration platforms. Lead voice transformation projects including migration to IP or cloud-based telephony. Perform advanced diagnostics, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with OEM standards, security protocols, and SLA requirements. Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams. Collaborate with OEM support and engineering teams for escalations and innovation. Travel to client locations for onsite implementation and support Requirements: Certification in voice technologies: Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX, Cisco CUCM, Avaya Aura. 8 years’ experience with enterprise voice systems, protocols and enterprise-grade voice solutions (PBX, VoIP, SIP, IP telephony). Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
