Job Summary
Developing leads and contacting potential customers Devising sales and strategies and implementing them Meeting face to face with existing customers regularly Liaising with colleagues and making sure aims are shared and worked towards Making sure targets are met by the PAG team. Generating reports and presenting an analysis of PAG cleaning Office matters including but not limited to answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing / preparing and collating reports, filling and maintaining a filing system. Compiling information for quotation purposes with accurate measurements and quantities PAG and PABC matters Managing PAG Supervisors Checking on PAG vehicles and PAG equipment on a daily basis Checking stock levels daily. Signing out of Stock. Daily equipment sign out. Bathroom Schedules, daily check up. Posting daily schedules for supervisors. Site visits. Keeping track of staffs daily activities, preparing staff rosters. Be part of the recruitment of new staff
