Job Description

Minimum requirements: Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council. Minimum of 5 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Commercial law and Tax Law The candidate should possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail Electronically proficient Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client and team interactions A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront Collaborative Solutions: Partner with a team of top-notch legal professionals to develop and ensure efficient solutions Maintain a high standard of quality, efficiency, and timeliness in delivering services to our clients Consultant: Nadine van Zyl – Dante Personnel Centurion
