About the Role
As a Construction Equipment Sales Representative at Haosail Machinery Co Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for driving market growth through effective sales promotion and customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in achieving company sales performance targets while developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and providing exceptional after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market promotion strategies to achieve sales performance targets
- Establish comprehensive customer files and improve customer repurchase rate and loyalty
- Follow up on the entire sales process, including demand matching, price negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection
- Collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to inform product optimization and market strategy adjustments
- Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and product market share
- Cooperate with the after-sales team to complete equipment installation, commissioning, user training, and other follow-up support work
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the construction or heavy machinery industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and industry trends is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (not specified)
