Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs and provide tailored recommendations. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our extensive range of office and school supplies. Stay updated on new products and industry trends. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to ensure they receive the right products in the right quantities. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilise various sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximise revenue. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Package & Remuneration: Market Related Remuneration Competitive Commission Package Performance Based Incentives This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
