About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Bidvest Prestige. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing cleaning solutions for our clients in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will drive cleaning and hygiene services, ensuring delivery of efficient service as outlined in the SLA. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage cleaning solutions for Clients
- Drive cleaning and hygiene services to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLA
- Conduct daily audits on services rendered to ensure prescribed work quality and standards are sustained
- Assist in the management of projects and provide technical support, where applicable
- Identify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement
- Explore and recommend innovative methods based on best practices to bring about cost-effective solutions
Requirements
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Valid SA Drivers License
- 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
Qualifications
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification
