Theyre seeking a talented BI Analyst who can take ownership of the full data journey from cleaning and refining raw data to building visualizations and presenting meaningful insights that influence decisions. This is a full-time, office-based role where youll partner closely with business stakeholders, navigate large and complex datasets, and provide insights that directly improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Source, clean, and refine data from multiple systems to ensure reliability and accuracy. Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards that highlight trends and performance metrics. Translate business challenges into clear, data-backed insights and recommendations. Confidently present findings to stakeholders in a way that drives decisions. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Experience: 24 years experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within credit or financial services. Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets. Skills: Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). Able to pitch and present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Apply now!
