Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy robust statistical and machine learning models for prediction and optimization. Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns. Transform analytical insights into compelling stories and visualizations for all stakeholders. Own the data lifecycle from cleaning and pre-processing to production-ready datasets. Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into operational workflows. Stay at the forefront of data science, machine learning, and AI innovation. Job Experience and Skills Required: Masters or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Strong programming expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn) and/or SAS, plus SQL. Deep understanding of statistical concepts, modelling, and experimental design. Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Strong communication skills to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving ability. Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS Visual Analytics. Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
