Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee civil works including earthworks, concrete structures, roads, stormwater, sewer systems, and related infrastructure.
• Design & Documentation: Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Provide technical guidance, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site challenges.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Assist with contract administration (FIDIC, JBCC) and ensure adherence to engineering codes and legislation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project teams, consultants, and authorities to achieve milestones.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify risks, and compile technical documentation.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and site management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Performance-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on continuous learning
