Job Summary
Experience Required:
- Debt Recovery Experience on bank products.
- Collection system experience – Excalibur 4 advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to handle difficult clients/debtors.
- Speak or understand Afrikaans.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Administrative skills -STRONG.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook. Good in Excel and management of data.
- Hard working.
Willing to work overtime on Saturdays and/or during the week.
Seeking fast learning, hardworking and self-motivated candidates.
Basic salary of 8K a month plus commission.
