A leading provider of innovative agricultural machinery and equipment, dedicated to improving farm productivity and sustainability. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, testing, and development of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in product modification, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Conduct field visits for equipment setup, calibration, and customer support.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or industrial attachment experience acceptable).
• Strong understanding of farm machinery systems and agricultural operations.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
