Role & ResponsibilitiesThe key account manager`s responsibilities include growing the company`s revenue by ensuring that multiple key clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities for key clients.The key account manager will:Focus on solid relationships with key clients in the pharma industry,Address and resolve key clients complaints,Act as the main point of contact between clients and the companys internal teams,Communicate and collaborate with the relevant departments of the company to ensure that key clients needs are met in a timely manner without compromises on quality,Analyse and discuss data and monthly reports with key clients,Develop a thorough understanding of clients needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions,Negotiate contracts and manage contract renewal processes with key clients,Engage in regular meetings with key clients to share insights and to identify new potential opportunities, andPerform annual business reviews with key clients as strategic business partner.
