Job Description
- Valid Matric
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own transport
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Proven experience as receptionist or similar administrative role
- Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to multitask and remain resourceful when issues arise
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00-16:00
- Working Hours: Saturday from 9:00-12:00
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to incoming telephone calls
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Attend to incoming customer email enquiries
- Transaction filing
- General customer service
- Online regional marketing
