Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail – oriented Residential Construction Foreman to oversee and manage daily on site activities for residential construction activities in the Pretoria East area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes , excellent leadership and communication skills . Remuneration : R22 000 – R25 000Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.Driving workers to and from sites. ( If applicant has own bakkie it will be an advantage and a % of vehicle allowance can be given)Purchase materials needed and delivery there of to different sites where needed during the day.Ensure that projects are completed on time , within budget and to the required quality standards.Manage and oversee subcontractors and laborers.Ensure safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.Communicate effectively with project managers , clients and team members.Monitor and control material usage and wastage.Handle on – site problem solving and decision – making.Keep detailed records of daily site activities , including work progress delays etc .RequirementsGr 12 Valid driver`s License and reliable transportation . Minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in construction field.Able to start immediately.Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a site foreman or in a supervisory role.Send you CV to Meridium Construction
